We had no idea how to translate the improvements we wanted in our Learning Management System to a new online platform. It was overwhelming and we struggled with a clear vision about how it could look. Customer support and program administration requirements have dramatically reduced to the point that we have been able to reallocate half of the team that was needed to support the previous LMS. FAQs
What happens once I schedule a call?
You will meet with Rachel Schell to discuss your needs. She will then work with you and your team to create a custom plan and timeline for your private training. A proposal with the plan, timeline, and payment information will be sent to you for approval.
Once the plan has been approved, each participant will receive instructions, access to the online community, a workbook, downloadable templates, and a 1:1 coaching session. All links and downloads will be accessed from the online learning community.
Will the live session be recorded?
If sessions are held online, then yes! The replay will be available in the online learning community within 1 week after the live session. Access to the replay will be made available to the company to keep as part of their training materials.
Coaching sessions are not recorded.
Is this training like a webinar?
No. This training will take place in Zoom, Teams, or may be done in-person. Rachel Schell will be with you live. The learning sessions are interactive and content will be worked on together.
Is there going to be someone to answer my questions and provide feedback?
Yes! You will have professionals working alongside you throughout this program. These professionals will provide feedback, support, and help you as you create training content.
How many licenses do I receive?
The private workshop includes 3 licenses. Additional licenses are available.
